Level 1- The first level will focus on developing stabilization using lower weight and higher reps. This will allow you to build strength/endurance to prepare your body for the next level.
Level 2- This level will focus on developing overall strength. Weight will increase during this level as reps decrease. Strength exercises will be followed by a stabilization exercise to build on your foundation from level one.
Level 3- The final level will focus on developing power. You will continue building on the strength you’ve gained from levels one and two. Exercises in level 3 will incorporate max strength along with speed to develop power.
