The first phase focuses on building a strong foundation through stabilization and strength endurance training. Using lighter loads and higher repetitions, you'll improve movement quality, joint stability, muscular endurance, and overall body control. This phase prepares your body to safely handle heavier loads and more advanced training in the phases ahead.

  • Level 2 – Maximum Strength Development

The second phase shifts the focus to developing overall strength. As training progresses, weights will increase while repetitions decrease, allowing you to build greater force production and muscular strength. Each primary strength exercise is paired with a stabilization movement to reinforce proper mechanics and maintain the foundation established in Level 1.

  • Level 3 – Power Development

The final phase focuses on converting your newfound strength into power. By combining heavy strength exercises with explosive, speed-based movements, you'll train your muscles to generate force more quickly and efficiently. This phase is designed to improve athletic performance, enhance running and cycling economy, and help you produce more power with every stride, pedal stroke, and movement.
